One list, and every message still says where it came from
The consolidation on screen. What the list looks like when six sources arrive in it, and how you can still tell a text from an email at a glance.

What it does
What is on the screen
One list, newest at the top
Everything connected arrives in the same column, in the order it came. There is no per-channel folder to remember to check.
The source stays on the message
Each row carries its channel, so a Facebook message never looks like a text. Nothing is flattened into a generic item.
Unread means unread everywhere
A conversation marked read here is read for everyone in the account. Two people cannot both think the other answered it.
How it works
Working the list
- Open Conversations. The list fills the left of the screen.
- Read down it. Each row shows the customer, the channel and the last line.
- Click one and the thread opens beside it, with its full history.
- Answer, and the row moves to read. The next unread is underneath.
Worth knowing
Worth knowing
- A busy list on a phone is still a busy list. The consolidation removes the app-switching, not the volume.
- Only connected channels appear. Anything you never plugged in is absent, and the list gives no hint that it is missing.
- Filters help once you have hundreds. Out of the box it is one long list.
