Weeks at a time: spreadsheet in, formats handled, numbers after
Volume rather than the daily habit. Loading a spreadsheet of posts, the formats that behave differently per platform, and what the analytics tell you once they have run.

What it does
What it handles at volume
A spreadsheet becomes a schedule
Rows of posts with their dates and platforms upload together. Weeks of content stop being weeks of clicking.
Formats are handled separately
Reels, stories and plain images are not the same object. The upload asks which is which rather than flattening them.
Posts can wait for approval
A batch can sit for review before anything publishes, which matters the moment somebody other than you is writing them.
How it works
Running a batch
- Write the posts into the spreadsheet with their dates and platforms.
- Upload it, and check what the preview shows before approving.
- Approve the batch, or send it for someone else to approve.
- Read the numbers a fortnight later and cut whatever nobody engaged with.
Worth knowing
Worth knowing
- A bad spreadsheet schedules bad posts efficiently. The review step is the only thing between the two, so do not skip it.
- Platforms restrict what can be posted automatically, particularly stories and some video. Those limits are theirs, not ours.
- Analytics tell you what got engagement, not what got you work. Those are different questions.
