- Anything outside its instructions is stopped and flagged for you.
- You open the app between jobs and deal with the flagged ones first.

- You still come back to work. It reduces the pile and sorts it; it does not empty it.
- A shift with a badly written instruction is a shift of badly answered customers. Read the threads for the first fortnight.
- It cannot judge tone. An angry message gets a polite answer, which is sometimes wrong.
