One invoice, from the form to the word paid
A single invoice followed all the way through. What you fill in, how it goes out, and the status that changes without anyone marking it off.

What it does
What is on the screen
The form knows who it is for
Built from the contact record, so the name, number and email are filled in already. You add the lines and the amounts.
It sends by text or email
You choose the channel, or both. Either way it carries a link the customer can pay from on their phone.
The status changes itself
Sent, viewed, paid. Nobody ticks anything off, so the list of what is outstanding is right without being maintained.
How it works
Following one through
- Open the contact and create the invoice from their record.
- Add the lines, the amounts and the due date.
- Send it by text, email or both, and it goes out with a payment link.
- Watch the status. Chase only the ones still unpaid past their date.
Worth knowing
Worth knowing
- Viewed is not paid, and it is tempting to treat it as progress. Only the paid status means money arrived.
- The status tells you what happened, not why. An unpaid invoice may be a dispute, and only a phone call finds that out.
- It tracks invoices, not your accounts. Reconciling against the bank is still a separate job.

Log in, raise an invoice from a contact record, and leave the status alone. It will move on its own.
