The pipeline: stages you set, cards that move themselves
What a pipeline is here โ the stages you define, the cards that sit in them, and the workflows that move those cards without you.

What it does
What it does
You name the stages
The columns are yours, in the order your work happens. A roofer's pipeline and a dentist's do not have to match.
A card is the contact record
Open a card from the board and the calls, texts and emails are on it. There is no second copy of the customer.
Workflows move cards for you
A booked appointment can move its own card to the next stage, and the card history names the workflow that did it.
How it works
How it works
- Name your stages once, in the order a job moves through your business.
- Add an opportunity to a contact. It arrives as a card in the first stage.
- Drag the card along as the work moves, or build a workflow to move it.
- Mark it won or lost. The card leaves the board and stays on the contact record.
Worth knowing
Worth knowing
- One board per line of work. If you sell two unrelated things, you build two pipelines and switch between them.
- A card only moves itself if you have built the workflow. Out of the box, dragging is a manual job.
- The board shows what you put on it. A lead that never becomes an opportunity never appears here.
