- Build the invoice on the contact record, so it knows who it is for.
- Send it by text or email. It goes out with a link to pay.
- The status changes when the money arrives, and the record shows it paid.

- Card processing carries a fee per transaction, set by the payment processor rather than by us. Check it before you price a job.
- Bank transfers take days to clear. Fast on card is not fast on every method.
- It sends and chases. It does not do your bookkeeping, and your accountant will still want the figures exported.
