Build it, pick the list, choose when it sends
The three decisions behind any campaign — what it says, who receives it and when it lands — and where each of them is made.

What it does
What it does
The list comes from your contacts
You send to a segment of people already in the software, so nobody exports a spreadsheet and uploads it somewhere else.
You choose the send window
Write it on Sunday and have it land on Tuesday morning. The scheduled time is shown on the campaign before it goes.
Results come back to the record
Opens and clicks attach to the contact, so you can see who read it before you ring them.
How it works
How it works
- Build the email, or start from one you sent before.
- Pick the segment. Who it goes to is a decision, not a default.
- Set the date and time it should land, then leave it.
- Check the results afterwards on the campaign and on the contacts themselves.
Worth knowing
Worth knowing
- Sending to a list that has not heard from you in two years gets you complaints, not sales. Warm it up slowly.
- Delivery is decided by the receiving mail providers. A campaign can send correctly and still land in a promotions tab.
- The builder will not save a weak offer. Design is the smallest part of whether an email works.
