A widget on your site, feeding one inbox
What sits on the page and where the message ends up. A visitor picks chat, SMS or WhatsApp, and all three arrive in the same place.

What it does
What it does
The visitor picks the route
Chat, SMS or WhatsApp. Someone who would rather text you than type in a box on a website can do that.
It all lands in one inbox
Whichever route they chose, the message arrives beside your other conversations, with the channel marked on it.
The AI can answer it
Switch on Conversation AI and a question asked at midnight gets a reply at midnight, within the instructions you set.
How it works
How it works
- Add the widget to your site with the snippet it gives you.
- Choose which routes to offer: chat, SMS, WhatsApp.
- A visitor writes, and it arrives in the inbox as a normal conversation.
- You answer, or the AI does if you have turned it on.
Worth knowing
Worth knowing
- A widget nobody answers is worse than no widget. If you cannot reply quickly, switch the AI on or take it off.
- SMS and WhatsApp routes ask the visitor for a number. Some will not give one, and will use plain chat instead.
- It catches people already on your site. It does not bring anybody there.
