Reply, book, invoice and move a deal from your phone

What the app carries over from the desktop, and what it does not. The daily jobs travel; the setting-up jobs stay at a desk.

Replying to a message and sending an invoice from a phone 38s

What it does

What it does

The inbox is in your pocket

Messages from every connected channel arrive on the phone, and a reply from there goes out the same as one sent at a desk.

You can invoice at the door

The invoice is built and sent from the app while you are still on site, rather than on a Sunday evening.

The pipeline moves from the van

A card can be moved between stages on the phone, so the board is right by the time you get back.

How it works

How it works

  1. Install the app and sign in with the same account.
  2. Turn on notifications, which is the point of having it.
  3. Deal with messages, bookings and invoices between jobs.
  4. Leave the building, configuring and reporting for the desktop.

Worth knowing

Worth knowing

  • It is not the whole software. Building workflows, laying out pages and setting things up are desktop jobs.
  • Notifications are what make it useful and what make it intrusive. Decide which ones you want before you switch them all on.
  • On a poor signal it does what every app does on a poor signal. The message waits.
