What decides between the AI and your voicemail
One moment, closely. The point at which a ringing phone becomes somebody else's problem, and which of the two things happens next.

What it does
What happens at the handover
You set what triggers it
Every call, or only the ones you have not picked up after a set time. The rule is yours and can be different out of hours.
The caller gets a conversation
Instead of a recorded message they are asked your questions and offered a slot. Listen to any handed-over call to hear the difference.
You get more than a voicemail
The recording, a written summary and the details captured all sit on the contact record, rather than a message you have to play back.
How it works
How the moment goes
- The call comes in and rings you as normal.
- You do not pick up, or you are outside the hours you set.
- The AI takes it, works through your questions and books if it can.
- The recording, summary and details land on the contact for you to read.
Worth knowing
Worth knowing
- It is one or the other. A call handed to the AI does not also reach voicemail, so your recorded greeting stops being heard.
- Some callers will not talk to it and will hang up. Those are calls you would have missed anyway, but you will see them.
- Set the trigger too eagerly and it answers calls you would have taken. Start with unanswered only.
